AILET 2016-17 | Notification | All India Law Entrance Test- 2016 -17 | NLU, Delhi

The NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. The University invites applications for B.A.,LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes for the academic year 2016-17.

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)- Five Years Programme

Eligibility: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% of marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/ April, 2016 can also apply.
Age: Below 21 years as on 1 July, 2016 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
Total Seats: 80

LL.M. (One year)

Eligibility: LL.B. or an Equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/ May, 2016 can also apply.
Total Seats: 45 + 5 seats for Foreign Nationals

Ph.D.

Eligibility: LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).

Last date: April 7, 2016

CLAT 2016 | Notification | Common Law Admission Test- 2016

Organizing University: Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab

Eligibility for Under-Graduate Programmes:
For U G Programme
 
1. Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with the minimum of :-
(a) Forty-five percent(45%) marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/ OBC/ (Specially Abled Persons) Categories and
(b) Forty percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category

2. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2016 are also eligible for appearing in CLAT-2016 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.

3. No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT-2016

Eligibility for Post-Graduate Programmes:
For P G Programme

1. LL.B. or equivalent degree in law examination with a minimum of 55% marks in case of Unreserved/ OBC/ (Specially abled persons) categories and 50% marks in case of SC/ ST category

2. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/ April 2016 are also eligible for appearing in CLAT-2016 examination. However they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination in the respective National Law Universities at the time of admission failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.

3. No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT-2016
